AC conversion from a bush or a DC outlet?
Well it is a U.S. standard socket and plug. 120V AC 60Hz. What are the steps to convert alternating current into direct current. What is the resulting current and voltage to current. I can do parts specific need. target is 12 V DC
For DC need a rectifier. For a full wave rectifier, I 1.4 x 120 = 168 volts you need a different voltage, basically transformer is needed to evaluate properly before the rectifier. To get a good DC is necessary to add a storage capacitor after the rectifier (Be sure that the polarity is correct) is also desirable to have a fuse at the point where the 120 comes in the circuit.
